Rise Personal Training

New Unlimited Membership

More flexibility, more consistency, and more ways to train around your schedule. Here are the two new membership options and the details you need to know.

Choose your fit

Two ways to go Unlimited.

Both options give you the freedom to train as your schedule sees fit. Choose the agreement that works best for your goals and your life.

Best value

Annual Membership

$119/week
  • Billed weekly
  • 52-week agreement, then week-to-week
  • Membership cannot be frozen

Maximum flexibility

Open Membership

$139/week
  • Billed weekly
  • Open week-to-week agreement
  • Membership can be frozen with 7 days’ notice

For current members

Current members may keep their existing membership as long as they remain an active member. We are eliminating all frequency based membership (1,2,3x/week) for all new members moving forward. Once you switch to an Unlimited Membership, you can not switch back to an older membership option.

New Training Programs

Anyone on an Unlimited Membership will be advised on a new training program to optimize their new training frequency.

How it works

Train with more freedom.

Unlimited gives you more room to build a consistent routine without being locked into a fixed weekly frequency.

  • Train as your schedule sees fit to maximize your results.
  • Unlimited Memberships allow a maximum of one session per day.
  • Keep up to three recurring scheduled appointments.
  • Self-schedule additional sessions in the new app.
  • Schedule sessions up to two weeks in advance.

Important details

A few policies to know.

Schedule with intention

There is a $25 no-show / late-cancellation fee. Late cancellation means cancelling less than one hour before your scheduled time. This policy helps protect session availability for members who are ready to train.

Freeze flexibility

The Open Membership can be frozen with seven days’ notice. The Annual Membership cannot be frozen during its 52-week agreement.
