I’ve had a great experience at Rise Strength Training. What makes this gym stand out is the personal attention in every session. The groups are small (max 12 people), and there are always two trainers helping with form and posture, so you feel safe and supported. Each person gets a tablet with a customized workout and videos. The workouts change based on your needs, but every session is full-body and very effective. I also love the monthly InBody measurements—you can clearly see fat loss and muscle gain, which is very motivating. It’s a small space, but it has made a big difference in my strength and overall fitness. Highly recommend if you want a structured and results-driven program.

I found RISE Personal Training just because it’s in the same shopping center as my local grocery store, and I thought I would check them out. The team is super welcoming. All the trainers know how to challenge you in the best way. They push you to do more than you think you can, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping you improve. I was looking for a place that would keep me accountable, and this has been exactly that. Everyone there is working toward the same goal of getting healthier, and that shared mindset makes it such a positive, motivating environment. I have been a member for well over 8 months now, this place is really a true gem. My overall fitness has improved so much, I have gained muscle and toned in areas I never thought I could. All the staff really care about you and keep you motivated to ensure you get the most out of each workout. Each time I train, I feel stronger and more solid. Rise has become a must in my routine.
