Clients consent to receiving such communication by email and/ or SMS. If clients

contact us via email or SMS, we may retain a record of their contact information and

any information they provide us in their messages to respond to them. We may

receive a confirmation when clients open an email from Rise Personal Training also.

to receive news or promotional email from us, please feel free to unsubscribe from
