Membership & Scheduling Policies
Please review the current membership, scheduling, cancellation, and freeze policies below. If you have questions about any policy, please reach out to our team.
Early Cancel
More than 1 hour before your scheduled appointment will count as an Early Cancellation. You can then re-schedule that appointment as needed with no penalty.Note: Legacy Members on a 2x or 3x Membership can re-schedule that session within the next 4 weeks only. Sessions expire after 4 weeks.
Late Cancellation
Less than 1 hour before your scheduled appointment will count as a Late Cancellation and you will lose your session. You cannot book another appointment on the same day. Subject to a $25 Late Cancellation Fee.
No Show
Not cancelling a scheduled appointment and not showing up to the scheduled time will result in a $25 no show fee.
Scheduling Window
You can book sessions up to 1 hour before. You can cancel up to 1 hour before.
Membership Changes
Memberships can be adjusted to or from an Annual or Open. Contact our team for information.
Prorated Memberships
We do not prorate memberships at all for any reason.
Unused Sessions for Legacy Members on 2x/3x Membership
Unused sessions and sessions early canceled at least 1 hour before appointment time may be rescheduled up to 4 weeks while your membership is active. Membership payments are not prorated or credited.
Medical Freeze
Membership can be frozen with a note from a medical professional. Anything over 4 weeks, we will not save your recurring appointments.
Membership Freeze
Only available on an Open Membership. Minimum 1 week. Maximum 4 weeks. Freezes over 4 weeks would require a membership cancellation. There are no freezes on an Annual Membership.
Membership Cancellation
Cancelling your membership requires at least a 1-week notice prior to your next billing cycle. No refunds will be given if cancellation is requested after a billing cycle. If you do not cancel at least 6 days before your next billing cycle, you will be billed for the next cycle.
