3 Ways to Make The Most Out of Your Membership

  1. Show up! - We have scheduled appointments for a reason, it’s to help hold you accountable and get you in here. Don’t leave us hanging!

  2. Use us as your Fitness and Health Resource - You’re investing a good amount of money every week to train here. If you’re only coming in for the workouts and nothing else, you’re leaving money on the table. Ask us any questions you have regarding your nutrition, fitness, and health.

  3. Communicate with us - We are here for one reason, to serve you. Do you need changes in your training program? Do you need help with your nutrition? Do you need a new schedule? Life events coming up that are causing obstacles for you to get in? Whatever it is let us know so we can figure out how to best help you.

FAQ

I have questions or need help with something, who should I ask?

The best way to contact us is via text. Please let us know anything we can help you with. You can also ask your coach during a session, but sometimes it’s difficult to answer when we are busy coaching. We can also always set up a call, just let us know!

What if I’m running late?

Welcome to living in LA! Still show up! But if you’re over 5-10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or speed up your program for the day so we aren’t overlapping into our next training session. If anything, send us a message to see if we can accomodate you at a later time.

Do my weekly sessions rollover if unused?

Unused sessions do not rollover, but if you talk with us ahead of time we can see if we can schedule you the following week to make up.

How often should I remeasure on the InBody?

We recommend that anyone with body composition goals (ex: losing body fat or gaining muscle) remeasure every 4 Weeks. Read Guidelines for Remeasuring HERE

What do I do if I’m sick?

Please message us if you are ill. We don’t want anyone working out at the gym sick in this post-covid age. We allow you to make up sessions missed due to illness at a later time.

What should I do if I’m traveling?

If you are planning to travel, let us know a minimum of 7 days before you’re traveling so we can adjust your membership. (Does not apply to Annual Memberships)
