Guidelines Before Measuring on the InBody

In order for us to get the most reliable measure of your body composition using the InBody, we recommend the following before your analysis:

  • Don’t eat at least 3-4 Hours before measuring,

  • Try not to consume excess water

  • Avoid using any lotion or ointmet on hands and feet

  • You should be standing upright for about 5 minutes before

  • Must be done before starting your training session

  • Remove any items that can add weight (hats, glasses, bracelets, watches etc)

  • Use the restroom prior to meauring

  • Women: Do not measure during mensturation or while pregnant

To get the most reliability for your re-measures, we highly recommend that you remeasure on the same day/times.

Members, you can come in during any regular hours to do your InBody Measurements. No appointment needed!

What can effect the accuracy of my remeasure?

  • Having a hard training session the day of or day before

  • Digestion (when’s the last time you pooped?)

  • Injury that can cause inflamation

  • Excess Caffeine

  • Sodium intake and water retention
