12-Week Accountability Program
This is for anyone in our Rise Family who needs the extra help and accountability to get the results you aren’t seeing, with the goal being to Lose Body Fat OR Gain Muscle.
This isn’t a quick fix. It will take time to learn how to do everything properly, we will have to make adjustments each week as needed, but you will see amazing results and learn some great skills that will help you forever.
To put it simply, we will set a goal, you will track and measure your food intake, then we will test, remeasure, and adjust our goals as needed.
This isn’t a meal plan you have to follow, it is up to you what you want to eat, but we will give you the guidelines you need to still enjoy some foods you like while hitting your goals.
Your Job:
Track your Nutrition via Carbon Diet Coach
Weekly Remeasures using our InBody.
Show up to your regularly scheduled training sessions.
Communicate with me and be honest about your nutrition.
My Job:
Initial Set up and instruction on how to track and measure food in the app.
Helping with all Troubleshooting Progress and Adjusting Macros
Daily Check-ins (First 2 Weeks), Bi-Weekly Check-ins (Remaining 10 Weeks)
What is Required:
Food Scale (You can order this off Amazon for like $10-20 dollars)
Pay for Carbon Diet Coach ($10/mo)
Show up to the Initial Set Up
What is HIGHLY Recommended:
Liquid Measuring Cup, Dry Measuring Cups
Protein Powder (this will make your life so much easier, trust me)
Other Supplements: Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Vitamin D, Creatine

How Much is it?

This will start Sunday 8/28. We will meet at the gym at 10:00 am to get everything set up.
