Important Upcoming Changes to Membership

This page is for all members on an open membership.

We will soon be transitioning over to our new scheduling and billing software. Our team will be reaching out to you over the two weeks to set everything up and get you familiar with the new scheduler.

The changes are meant to streamline our systems into one and to allow our team to spend more time focusing on providing you the best training experience possible and less on extra admin work.

This will put you in charge and accountable of your own membership. It is up to you to make adjustments in a timely manner.

I have outlined the main points here:

  • It is your responsibility to notify the gym for any freezes or cancellations within a timely manner, 7 days before the weekly billing date.

  • Membership is week to week.

  • Missed or Early Cancelled Sessions can be made up or rescheduled within 4 weeks.

  • Illness/Sick - Missed sessions from being out from illness can be made up at later time.

  • Membership Frequency can be changed once every 4 weeks but no more.

  • 7 Day Notice Prior to Billing Cycle Required for freeze or cancellation.

  • Freeze is for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 4 weeks. Freeze’s more than 4 weeks are considered a membership cancellation.

  • No Credit to weekly billing or prorated of any kind if not given 7 days notice prior to billing cycle.

  • Can switch to an Annual Membership and save up to $20/week depending on the membership type.

  • Sessions canceled less than 60 minutes before the starting time will be lost.
