Step by Step Guide

Creating Account

  1. On your phone internet browser, go to client.naamly.com

  2. Add to homepage and rename “Rise Personal Training”.

  3. Click “First Time Login” to create account.

  4. Login and update billing information by going to “My Account”

  5. Add payment method and select “Default Payment” then click “Save”

  6. My Bookings: Allow you to view your upcoming appointments and cancel appointments.

  7. Book a Session: Allows you to book a new session.

Booking Session

  1. In the client portal, select the top left 3 Line Icon to bring up the drop down menu

  2. Select “Book a Session”

  3. Using the Dates or the arrows to change the weeks, select the Day and Date you wish to book.

  4. From here you can view all available session times and how many spots are available.

  5. Select the desired time by clicking “Book Now”

  6. Select “Yes”

NOTE: If you add yourself to waitlist, you will get a text notification IF a spot becomes available.

Canceling Session

  1. In the client portal, select the top left 3 Line Icon to bring up the drop down menu

  2. Select “My Bookings”

  3. Find the session time you wish to cancel and select “Cancel”

  4. Select “Yes”

NOTE: You can cancel and rebook only if you cancel 1 hour or more prior to the start of the session. 59 minutes or less is considered a “late cancel” and you would lose that session
