Understanding Your Individualized Training Programs

When it comes to creating a training program, there’s a lot of information comes into consideration such as:

  • What are your fitness & health goals?

  • What is your training experience, movement limitations, injury history?

  • How many days per week do you have to train and how much time do you have?

This then allows us to create an ideal training program based off of exercise science to create the most optimal program for you.

Does this sound like you?

“You’re a busy professional and/or parent, who wants to feel better, healthier, have more energy, get stronger, lose body fat and gain muscle but you only have 2-3 days per week to train for about 45-60 minutes.”

This is currently 95%+ of our members at Rise and the type of people we have worked with for the past 10 years of business.

Therefor, since almost everyone falls into this same category, your training program will look very similar to other members at Rise.

But with our new training software, we are able to individualize over 80 different exercise and movements to really dial in and individualize your training program. Over time your program will be more individualized as our Coaches are constantly evaluating your progress and making adjustments in your training program.

You will see most people around you doing the “same thing or similar”, that is by design. As we mentioned almost everyone has the same goals with some minor differences that we account for.

If you were with us at our last location, this is exactly what we were already doing for years. The only difference was everyone was on a different training calendar so it seemed very different.

Whether you’re an elite athlete looking to perform better, you’re a parent looking to get back into shape, or you’re trying to just live a healthy strong life as you age, the exercise principles remain the same and EVERYONE needs strength training.
