Who is this program for?

Our programs are ideal for busy adults over 40 that have been struggling to improve their health and fitness. If you value high-quality personal training and attention, if you feel discouraged or intimidated in big box gyms, or you don’t want to get lost in a group training class of 20+ people, this is the program for you.

What kind of training do you offer?

We offer personal training in a semi-private setting. This means 1 Coach with up to 6 Members at a time. Everyone has their own space & equipment and you workout at your own pace with your individualized training program built specifically for them and our Coach will coach you through every step of the way.

What if I have injuries, movement restrictions, or I haven’t worked out before?

Don’t worry you’re in great hands! The power of our individualized training program means we can fully customize your training based on your unique needs and goals. Our team of expert coaches can easily modify and adjust your training program, even if you have injuries or restrictions.

Brand new to training or just getting started after a long break? We will meet you exactly where you are to ease you in and build up your strength and fitness. We can fully customize your training for all levels of fitness.

What are your hours?

Training is on the hour by appointment only.

Monday-Friday 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 am, 4, 5, 6, 7 pm, and Saturdays 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 am.

How long is each personal training session?

Our sessions on average are about ~50 minutes long scheduled in 1 hour slots.

What type of memberships do you have?

All of our memberships are based on the individual and their needs. We have an annual membership at our lowest available rate, and the option for an open week-to-week membership.

-Your personal training sessions.

-InBody Measurements to track your body composition changes,

-Individual Training Program built specifically for you.

-Customized Nutrition Coaching based on your needs.

-A Team of Professional Coaches to hold you accountable, check-in with you, and help you every step of the way towards your goals.

How much do your memberships cost?

We have various memberships depending on your needs. We can discuss a few options over the phone when you schedule a discovery call.

Our training program allows you to get the same attention and coaching of traditional 1-on-1 training, at a fraction of the cost.

Our most popular memberships are 2-3 personal training sessions per week for $89-$119 per week.

How do I get started?

We first schedule a Discovery Call to find out if you’re a good fit for our program and how we can help you with your health & fitness goals. If you’re a good fit, we then schedule an in-person consultation to gather all of the valuable information needed to create the perfect plan for you. There are no fee’s with the Discovery Call or Consultation.
