Unlimited Personal Training in Granada Hills: More Coaching, More Flexibility

Unlimited Personal Training at Rise gives Granada Hills adults more coaching, flexibility, structure, and individualized programming, all for $119 per week.

When most people hear “unlimited gym membership,” they think unlimited access to a building. You can come whenever you want, use the equipment, and figure out the rest on your own.

Unlimited Personal Training at Rise is different.

Our goal is to give you the flexibility of unlimited training while still getting the coaching, structure, and personalized programming you would expect from personal training.

More Than Access to a Gym

Showing up is important, but knowing what to do once you get there matters just as much.

With our Unlimited Personal Training Membership, you have access to our team of professional coaches, individualized workout programming, our proprietary Rise training software, Nutrition Coaching program, and the equipment in our private training studio.

You don’t have to walk into the gym wondering what workout to do or whether you’re doing it correctly. We take care of the programming so you can focus on training.

Training That Can Actually Be Adjusted to You

One of the biggest differences between Rise and a traditional gym is how much we can individualize your training.

Not everyone walks into the gym feeling 100%. Maybe you have a bad knee, a shoulder that bothers you, limited mobility, an old injury, or certain movements that simply don’t feel good.

That doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t strength train. It means your training may need to look different.

Our coaches can modify exercises, adjust your range of motion, change equipment, or find another movement that works better for you. Your workout doesn’t have to look exactly like the person training next to you.

That’s a big part of what personal training should be.

Strength Training for Real Life

We work with a lot of busy adults who aren’t trying to become professional athletes. They want to get stronger, improve mobility, have more energy, reduce everyday aches and pains, and feel confident in what their body can do.

That’s what our training is built around.

Whether you’re completely new to strength training, getting back into exercise after some time away, or you’ve been training for years, we can meet you where you are and continue progressing from there.

The Flexibility to Train More Consistently

Life isn’t always predictable. Some weeks you may be able to train more than others.

Unlimited training gives you more flexibility to build your workouts around your schedule instead of trying to fit your life around a rigid training plan.

And because you’re still working with our coaching team, more flexibility doesn’t mean less structure.

You still have a plan. You still have coaches. You still have accountability.

You simply have more opportunities to train.

Personal Training Without the One-on-One Price Tag

Traditional one-on-one personal training can get expensive, especially if you want to train several times per week.

Our semi-private personal training model allows us to give members individualized workouts and professional coaching while creating a supportive training environment where everyone has their own space, equipment, and program.

Our Unlimited Personal Training Membership is currently $119 per week, giving members access to everything Rise has to offer without the cost of booking multiple one-on-one personal training sessions each week.

A Different Kind of Gym

Rise Personal Training isn’t designed to be another big gym where you’re left on your own.

We’re a coaching-focused personal training studio in Granada Hills built around individualized programming, strength, mobility, consistency, and long-term progress.

If injuries, aches and pains, mobility restrictions, or simply not knowing what to do have kept you away from the gym, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Come in, meet our team, and see if Rise is the right fit for you.
